 About Me |
| My name is Alejandra Sanchez, but
most people call me Alex. I
was born and raised in the Central Valley in the wonderful state of
California. I am the oldest daughter of Mario and Lupe Sanchez and have
two sisters and an adorable little brother. I am also the oldest
grandchild from my mother's side of which there is a total of 27! I
attended public school my entire life. I first began kindergarten
knowing limited English, but I soon acquired the language. I spent most
of my elementary years (from 2nd to 8th) at Colony Oak Elementary
School in Ripon, CA. It is a wonderful school and I have only good
things
to say about it. After graduating Ripon High in 2001, I attended the
University of California, Davis for four years to receive my Bachelor
of Science in Human Development. Soon after I began the UC Davis
Multiple Subject Credential/MA program. I have recently become the new
second grade teacher at Edenvale Elementary in San Jose, CA for the
2006-2007 school year. I look forward to a wonderful first year
teaching and many great experiences! Furthermore, I plan to be married in October of 2006 to the love of my life. He's a wonderful part of my life and I wouldn't have it any other way. I hope to someday start a family and teach them all about how wonderful school can be! |
