Loop Around

Math Game Instructions:

1.)    Begin the game with the person who has the card starting with the number 1.

2.)    Continue along the sequence of cards, each person reading their card and the next identifying their number according to the card before theirs.  For example, the first card reads, “I have 1.  Who has this number plus 7?”  The person who recognizes the answer to this question as 8 and has the card identified as 8, would then read their card, “I have 8.  Who has this number minus 6?”
3.)    The game continues along this pattern of either adding or subtracting to realize the next number card, until the game loops all the way back to the person with the number 1 card.

Alphabet Game Instructions:

1.)    Begin the game with the person who has the card starting with the letter A.

2.)    Continue along the sequence of cards, each person reading their card and the next identifying their letter according to the animal on the card before theirs.  For example, the first card reads, “I have an A.  A (picture of a bird) starts with (blank: B).”  The person who recognizes the initial letter of this animal and has the card starting with that letter would then read their card, “I have a B.  A (picture of a lizard) starts with (blank: L).”
3.)    The game continues along this pattern of identifying the initial letter of animal names to realize the next alphabet letter card, until the game loops around all the way back to the person with the person with the initial letter A card.
