NAGC
National Association for Gifted Children
This organization, which I interned for in Washington D.C., has great information for gifted families or educators. It includes news about state policies, federal legislation, and current information on Gifted and Talented programing. It also includes lots of great resources and articles. However, perhaps my favorite part is the Advocacy Toolkit, which I helped to create.
