Janet
Sitts has been my resident teacher at my student teaching placement
site for the majority of my credential year. I was working at Valley
Oak Elementary in Davis, CA, in Janet's 2nd/3rd combination class. She
has so much experience and I learned so much form her!

Mary
Ponce is my principal at Valley Oak Elementary. During her first year
at the school, she was faced with a lot of really difficult issues
facing the school, and handled them all with such poise and dedication.
Through watching Mary this year I have gained a newfound appreciation
for all that our principals do for us.

Joanne
Galli-Banducci is a lecturer at UC Davis, and my student teaching
supervisor. Joanne was my professor for my Reading in Elementary
Schools methods class, as well as our student teaching seminar. She
taught me so many wonderful ways to incorporate my love of children's
literature into the classroom!

Daniela
Bazzoli-Ferrari is the owner of Le Petit Kids Club, the preschool where
I worked as a teacher for 14 months after I graduated from college. My
time at preschool taught me so much about classroom management, and
only reinforced my decision to become a teacher. When I left to attend
UC Davis, it broke my heart to leave my kids, and I still love going
home to visit.
