A Little Bit About Me
Hands down, the greatest joy in my life is my puppy, Lucy. Lucy is simply adorable! She follows my every morning move, yielding a sense of comfort and purpose within me. She welcomes my return home with utter excitement and endless licks, giving me that much needed boost in energy. And at night, she snuggles up in my arms, filling me with so much love. Lucy is the most perfect, most precious gift -- never failing to make smiles bigger and days brighter.
One
other very important person to me is my boyfriend, Ian.
My relationship with Ian is quite telling of who I am. Everything
about
him is so contagious -- his
support...his patience...and even, his kind heart. As my "better
half," Ian
truly does bring out the better in me.
My parents, William and Elvira, are two of my greatest mentors and friends. Their love, their guidance, and their support help keep me going through each and every day. From daddy's little girl, to mom's best friend, I am the woman I am today because of my parents.
I think a common term used when referring to someone like myself is "health nut." However, I like to think of it more as being conscientious and committed. My workouts start off every morning for me. Far from chore-like, they provide me with the energy I need to get through my day. As top interests of mine, health and nutrition are things I love learning about. How I treat my body is important to me, and I find myself enthusiastically teaching nutrition facts to those around me, helping others lead healthy lives as well.
One of my favorite pastimes is watching professional sports. I love the elite talent of the players, the passion and enthusiasm of the fans, and of course, the thrill and excitement of the game itself. Sports never fails to put me at the edge of my seat. Games are unscripted, bringing the element of the unknown to each unfolding play. Cheering for the Golden State Warriors, San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49ers, and most importantly, Peyton Manning and his Indianapolis Colts, I am definitely a year round sports fan.

Every great week for me ends with Friday night movie date. At the corner seats in the fifth row of the theater, you can find me, my boyfriend, a junior popcorn, a small diet coke, and a bag of skittles. Whether it be an action, drama, romantic comedy, or animated film, I find myself entranced for two straight hours -- completely relaxed, carefree, and delighted.
