These videos are both explanations of concepts and theorems, as well as examples. Listen to the explanation, look at the example, pause the video, and try it! Then compare your answer with the solution provided, try to find your error and redo the problem if necessary, then watch the rest of the video. Also, if you intend to use these videos more than once save them to your computer. To do this right click the video and choose "save link as" or "save target as".
